Welcome to Blanc Exchange. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application (Blancexchange) and the services provided therein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

Blanc Exchange provides a platform where users can exchange USDT (Tether) for Nigerian Naira (NGN) and receive funds in their designated bank accounts in Nigeria, operated in Enugu state. The exchange process is automated and typically completes within seconds.

3. Registration and Accounts

You may need to register an account to use certain features of the App. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Exchange Process

– Sending USDT: You can initiate a transaction by sending USDT to the wallet address provided within the App.

– Receiving NGN: Upon confirmation of your USDT transaction, we will credit the equivalent amount in Nigerian Naira to your designated bank account in less than a minute, subject to network conditions and bank processing times.

5. Fees

Blanc Exchange may charge fees for transactions, which will be disclosed to you prior to completing a transaction. You are responsible for any fees associated with your use of the App and its services.

6. User Responsibilities

– You agree to use the App and its services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

– You will not engage in any activities that could harm the integrity or performance of the App or our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blanc Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App or its services.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
